It all started with a dream, a dream called Discovery Shores Boracay.
Looking back, in 2007 Discovery Shores, a luxury resort in Boracay, opened its doors in the beautiful island paradise called Boracay. The sprawling property with an expansive beachfront, clean white walls and modern architecture was a sight to behold. It blended perfectly with the powdery white sand, turquoise waters and golden sunsets of the island.
Discovery Shores was the first all-suite property in Boracay with an air-conditioned boat to transport guests from and to the airport. Aside from defining the luxury landscape, the resort also introduced its unique brand of service: Service That’s All Heart – warm, genuine and caring.
Guests enjoyed what Discovery Shores had to offer and soon after, their voice was heard. Several accolades from esteemed travel magazines and websites such as Travel + Leisure, Tripadvisor and the World Luxury Hotel Awards came about.
Indeed, the dream has come to life.
A decade later, the game-changing resort celebrates its 10th year anniversary on 20 March 2017. The resort plans to mark this special milestone with an exciting and grand celebration like no other. Ten years of excellent service, luxury accommodations, and exquisite culinary delights. Ten years of creating moments that matter. Ten years of being a place where heart meets home.
